As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, providing product information, and converting them into clients. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and qualify leads for further engagement.
- Generate sales opportunities and build a pipeline of leads.
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Present the company’s products/services clearly and effectively.
- Address client inquiries and explain product benefits.
- Customize sales pitches based on client requirements and needs.
Sales Targets & KPIs:
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Track calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions.
- Report sales progress and results to the sales manager.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Provide outstanding client service by addressing questions and concerns.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture long-term client relationships.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to management.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work as part of a dynamic sales team to meet company goals.
- Share insights and contribute to team discussions on improving sales processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresher or 0-1 years of experience in telesales or a client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client service.
- Ability to engage clients and pitch products effectively.
- Goal-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time role based at Dumdum, Kolkata.
- Working hours: 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM (6 days a week, Sunday off).
