We're seeking a driven and results-oriented International Telesales Executive to join our dynamic BPO team. The ideal candidate will excel in generating sales growth through outbound calls to international markets, building strong client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through outbound sales calls
- Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products/services
- Utilize CRM software for lead tracking and sales activity management
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas and performance benchmarks
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries
- Deliver persuasive online sales presentations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups
Requirements:
- Proven telesales experience (international experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and sales skills

- Effective problem-solving and objection-handling skills
