As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by converting inquiries into students. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries, and promoting our courses to potential students.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
• Convert inquiries into students through effective communication and persuasion
• Provide information about our courses, fees, and admission process
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and conversions
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes
*Requirements:*
• 6 months of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong travel knowledge (training will be provided)
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
