Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services, follow up on leads, and generate interest.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about products/services. Sales: Promote and sell products/services, aiming to filter the leads.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Eligibility/Qualification

* Age between 18 - 35 years.
