Roles Responsibilities

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about product s features, prices, advantages and benefits etc.

• Handling outgoing / incoming calls from prospective customers and answering questions about products of the company.

• Enquiring customers to understand their requirements and close sales.

• Contribute in generating sales for company and will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone.

• Probing to understand customers requirements and needs and forward the same to concern department, also direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

• Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation by dealing with customer complaints or concerns.

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Candidate requirements

• Any graduate/Post Graduate

• 1-3 yrs in domestic / international calls

• Relevant experience with real estate company

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

• Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, listening skills, curtsy, presentable and clear voice.

• Capability to deal with customer complaints

• Must able to work under pressure

• Persistent and results-oriented

• Patient and able to handle difficult/irate customers
