Job Description

  • Only Female Candidates Required.
  • The candidate should be good in English and very eager to learn the subject matter.
  • Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, and customer management.
  • Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain executive relationships with clients.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Contact potential customers to inform them about products or services
  • Answer questions about the products or services and present their benefits
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
  • Manage and update customer databases with contact information and customer interactions
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the sales team
