Job Title: Telesales Executive

Reports to: Manager / Lead
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads and converting them into sales.
Conduct product presentations and explain services to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet their requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads, manage customer inquiries, and close sales effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities via Excel. (training to be provided if required)
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent post-sale service.
Keep up to date with service knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively sell products/services.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Provide feedback to the team and management on market trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Freshers
10th pass / 12th Pass or equivalent.
Good verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
