• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.

• Sales Pitch: Develop persuasive sales pitches to promote our pilgrimage packages, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in our CRM system.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and trends.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Persuasive and convincing sales techniques.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

• Knowledge of the travel industry and pilgrimage tourism is a plus.
