Position: Telephonic Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Telephonic Sales Executive to drive sales by connecting with potential clients over the phone. In this role, you will introduce our research paper publishing and academic support services, address client needs, and guide them toward making informed decisions. Your goal will be to establish trust, build rapport, and convert leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to potential clients to promote and explain our research and academic support services.
- Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, address questions, and provide detailed service information to encourage conversions.
- Objection Handling: Skillfully handle client objections and concerns, emphasizing the benefits and value of our services.
- Sales Conversion: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying clients through effective communication and persuasion.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM software.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and insights during conversations to help improve our offerings and client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Any bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in telephonic sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with an enthusiastic and confident phone presence.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to understand client needs and pitch relevant services effectively.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word) and CRM systems for lead tracking.
- Target-Driven: Self-motivated with the ability to work towards and meet sales targets.
