Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in telemarketing, a strong background in data collection, and excellent communication skills. This role focuses on engaging with customers, collecting valuable information, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
  
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  
• Address customer queries and concerns effectively to build trust and rapport.
  

Data Collection:

• Accurately collect and record customer information, including contact details, preferences, and feedback.
  
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update customer data.
  
• Analyse collected data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  

Sales Conversion:

• Identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation.
  
• Follow up with prospects and leads to maximize conversion rates.
  
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  Reporting and Feedback:
  
• Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  
• Provide feedback on customer responses and suggest improvements to telemarketing strategies.
  
  

Requirements and Skills:

• Language: Marathi and Hindi 
  
• Proven ability to engage with customers and effectively communicate product or service value.
  
• Strong data collection and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  
• Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  

Education:

• Graduate and above.
  
• Relevant certifications or course work in sales or marketing is a plus.
