Position: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Mumbai, India
We’re looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including educational institutions, to introduce and promote EduLauncher’s marketing services.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs and positioning our services as the ideal solution.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to further engage with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to engage clients over the phone, build rapport, and handle objections.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
