Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
Generate leads and set appointments for sales team.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets as defined by the management.
Handle customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
Create and maintain a customer database.
