Lead Generation and Sales:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Jotun products and services.
• Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling and lead follow-ups.
• Present and explain product features and benefits to customers, answering any questions they may have.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up on orders in a timely manner.
• Update customer information in the CRM system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge and Training:

• Stay updated on Jotun’s product offerings, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
• Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Educate customers about new products, special promotions, and incentives.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales performance to the Sales Manager.
• Assist in market research by gathering customer feedback and insights during calls.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to improve sales strategies.
• Support the team in organizing sales events, promotions, and other marketing activities.

Compliance and Best Practices:

• Adhere to the company’s telemarketing scripts, guidelines, and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Follow ethical sales practices and represent the company professionally in all interactions.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a telemarketing or customer service role, preferably in a retail or paint industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
