Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, with a proven track record of success. Fluency in English is essential for this role as you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Bit Binders' services and generate leads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach efforts.
• Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of Bit Binders' services to potential clients.
• Record and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or website design is a plus.

Salary:
Starting salary of 20,000 INR per month, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
