Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outgoing calls to prospective parents and provide them with detailed information about our school's facilities and curriculum
2. Assist in scheduling appointments for school tours and parent meetings, ensuring a smooth and organized process
3. Follow up with potential leads via phone calls or emails, addressing any queries and providing additional information as required
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, appointments, and interactions with parents, using MS Excel
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and increase enrollments
6. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for parents throughout their interaction with the school
7. Continuously update knowledge about the school's programs, admission process, and policies to provide accurate information to parents
