#### Job Summary: The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, provide information, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work towards achieving targets.
#### Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
- Make a specified number of outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers.
- Promote products or services and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
3. Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and sales performance.
5. Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather customer feedback and report to management.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Share best practices and support team members in achieving collective goals.
#### Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: - 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
- Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

#### Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
