Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified BAMS doctor to join our team as a Telecalling Consultant. The role involves connecting with patients over the phone, providing initial consultations, offering treatment guidance, and supporting patients with Ayurveda-based health advice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic consultations for Ayurvedic treatments.
• Answer patient queries about Ayurvedic therapies, remedies, and lifestyle changes.
• Provide follow-up advice and treatment modifications over the phone.
• Maintain patient records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with other Ayurvedic doctors and practitioners at the clinic.

Requirements:

• BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of telemedicine platforms and teleconsultation tools.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with patients.
