We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team and help us expand our client base by generating leads and setting appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our social media marketing services.

Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings.

Schedule meetings and appointments for our sales and consulting teams.

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the team.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role. (FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejections and remain positive throughout the process.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of social media marketing services is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
