Job Description:We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Provide detailed information about our services and assist customers with the registration process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and Hindi.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
