Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Engagement:
Make outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in our courses.

Provide detailed information about the institute’s programs, admission procedures, and benefits.

Answer any questions or concerns potential students may have about the courses.

Lead Conversion:
Identify and qualify leads by assessing the needs and interests of prospective students.

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and text messages to encourage enrollment.

Schedule appointments for counseling sessions, campus visits, or interviews with the admissions team.

Database Management:
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all leads and interactions.

Track the progress of each lead through the admissions pipeline.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align calling efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions.

Provide feedback on the quality of leads and common inquiries to help improve marketing strategies.

Customer Service:
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries politely and professionally.

Handle objections and ensure that each prospective student has a positive experience with the institute.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:
Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive attitude.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
