Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers or clients to promote products or services.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, answer queries, and provide information about products or services.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales leads in CRM systems.

Follow-ups: Follow up with potential leads or customers to close sales or gather feedback.

Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

Market Research: Conduct surveys or gather insights to inform marketing strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a college degree.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is often preferred.

Work Environment:

Typically office-based or remote, with a focus on high-volume calling.
