Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, answering questions, and generating sales or leads over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, create sales opportunities, and follow up on leads.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and answer queries.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver scripted or personalized sales pitches, highlighting key features and benefits of products or services.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and update customer information in the database.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share it with the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align telecalling strategies with business goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages], with a friendly and confident phone presence.
