Job Description

Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, engaging in meaningful conversations, and promoting our products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide relevant information about the company’s offerings.
  • Convince and convert leads into potential clients by building a strong rapport and presenting the value of the company’s products or services.
  • Maintain and update client records in the database.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the company.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure closure and maintain consistent communication.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
  • Address client concerns or objections in a positive and convincing manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being polite, patient, and professional.
