Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Provide accurate and detailed information about the company’s offerings and address customer inquiries.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
Record and maintain accurate data on customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle objections and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Collaborate with team members and management to improve telecalling strategies and techniques.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecalling or a similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Proficient in using telecalling software and CRM systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
