Job Description: Telecaller for Software Training Institute
Position: Telecaller
Location: Chennai
Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential students to inform them about our training programs and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospects to convert them into enrollments.
- Customer Support: Provide detailed information to potential students regarding course details, fees, and other inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, student interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed enrollment targets set by the management.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students to improve our services.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and convince potential students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Good command of English and local language(s).
- Attitude: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
