Position: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects to sell products, services, or solutions. Your goal will be to build relationships, identify needs, and provide solutions that meet customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects

- Build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Identify customer needs and provide solutions

- Sell products, services, or solutions

- Meet or exceed sales targets

- Handle customer objections and concerns

- Update customer records and databases

- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
