Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers or clients.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products or services.
• Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and customer data in the database.
• Follow up on potential leads and sales opportunities.
• Respond to client feedback and escalate issues when required.

Qualifications:

• For Freshers:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Basic understanding of sales and client handling.

• For Experienced Candidates:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage customer queries with patience and professionalism.
