Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our products and services.
Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from clients, offering prompt and professional assistance.
Follow up with potential leads and nurture them towards conversion.
Maintain detailed records of each interaction with clients, ensuring accuracy and follow-up on tasks.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide support and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a positive attitude and promote the company's services with enthusiasm.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Prior experience as a telecaller or customer support executive is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism during interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining detailed records.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
