Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Telecaller cum Office Administrator and Image Editor. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, telecalling for inquiries and course enrollments, and perform basic image editing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telecalling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students or clients, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about our courses and services.
• Office Administration: Maintain student records, schedule meetings, and manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
• Image Editing: Perform basic image editing for course materials, social media posts, and marketing collateral.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva)
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and telecalls with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or diploma in any field
• Prior experience in telecalling, office administration, or image editing is an advantage
