Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Fluent communication in English.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Formal computer training an advantage, proficient in relevant computer applications
such as Excel, Word.
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Partial Knowledge of Inventory and Accounts will be added advantage.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
