We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, providing information about our products/services, and addressing inquiries to drive sales or support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Inform customers about products, services, or offers.
- Handle inbound queries and provide prompt solutions.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in regional languages and/or English.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
