Job Title: Tele sales Representative

Function: Call Centre

Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary:

- ₹16,000 (in-hand for Freshers)

- ₹21,000 (in-hand/CTC for Experienced candidates)

Gender: Male/Female

Working Hours:

- 6-day working week (Monday to Saturday)

- 10 am to 7 pm office hours

- Sunday fixed off

Minimum Education:

- Graduate or Undergraduate (Minimum 12th pass with results in hand)

Work Experience: 6 months - 8 years

Age Requirement: 18 - 34 years

Industry Exposure Required:

- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)

- Ability to communicate in Hindi

- Prior experience in Outbound Telecalling, Tele sales, or Lead Generation is preferred

- Familiarity with Lead Generation processes

- Outbound telecalling experience is highly valued

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company services

- Effectively communicate with customers in both English and Hindi

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain and manage a database of potential leads, ensuring regular follow-ups

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries in a professional manner

- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities
