Can interact effectively with the personnel & resources in the Customer/Product Services team to help resolve customer issues (escalation points, knowledge base tools, internal applications etc.)

Maintains composure and patience with customers Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities

Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs.
