Job Description: Tele-caller (Full-Time)

Position Overview: Brand Origin is seeking a motivated Tele-caller with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic sales and customer relations team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective outbound calling and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, leads, or existing clients to promote products, services, or special offers and generate sales opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads, gather essential information, and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed lead data for sales follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and objectives by effectively pitching products or services, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, promotions, and competitive offerings to address customer inquiries and position offerings effectively.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Reporting and Documentation: Document call logs, customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the CRM system to track performance, measure results, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tele-caller, sales representative, or similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [mention any other required languages].Proven track record of achieving sales targets, KPIs, and objectives in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to handle objections effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
