Job Title: Tele caller - Cold Calling Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with potential customers over the phone. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Cold Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list to introduce and promote our products/services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing relevant information about our offerings.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, answer their queries, and provide detailed explanations of product features and benefits.
Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and contact details in the Excel spreadsheet.
Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls with interested prospects and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely closure of deals.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively pitch our products/services.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and product development teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
