Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Tele Caller to join our dynamic team at First India Credit. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our financial products including loans, credit cards, and insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospects to identify their financial needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
• Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the finance sector.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• High school diploma required; a degree in finance or related field is a plus.
