Techno Functional Analyst- GTM recruitment in Bangalore - For a Client of Teamlease Digital

Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions in Oracle Cloud and EBS applications .

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Oracle GTM Cloud application as a Functional with technical in 70/30.

• Minimum of 3 end to end GTM cloud implementation in setting of heavy international trade transactions and integration with R12 EBS and other applications using OIC, ITM adapter etc.,

• Analyze quarterly patches and determine enhancement opportunities.

• Cross-functional process knowledge with other SCM applications such as Oracle Order Management (OM),Oracle Shipping, TCA architecture and Oracle Inventory is required.

•Experience with business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test Execution

• Internal customer management, influence peers, team effectiveness and enhancement, timeline management, proactive problem-solving ability, ability to develop trust, shared goals, and values.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes is a plus.

• Experience in leading technical teams, working with developers to apply best practices in both declarative and programmatic approaches, and owning end-to-end technical solutions.

• Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner.

• Experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company preferred and is a definite plus

• Deep understanding of Oracle GTM modules, including configuration, implementation, and customization.

• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL

• Experience with integrating Oracle GTM with other Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems

• Familiarity with Oracle GTM APIs for extending and integrating functionalities.

• Knowledge of global trade compliance regulations and practices.

•Analyze patches and determine system impact/enhancement opportunities.

• Understanding of supply chain processes and how GTM fits within the broader supply chain ecosystem.

• Ability to work on current and future sprint business problems to design solutions to a point they’re estimable.

• Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities, including coding, system testing, end-to-end testing, and production support.

• Experienced in all phases of the project life cycle, from analysis and design to implementation and testing.

•Possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple (changing) priorities under tight timelines.

• Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/negotiation skills.

• Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios and able to conduct CRP and walk through sessions with business users.

• Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines with the ability to multi-task.

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills

• Knowledge of SDLC/Agile.
