This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Gaming Device position at Game Wagon in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves providing customer support for gaming devices, assisting with troubleshooting, communication with clients, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Setup:
- Install and configure gaming devices, consoles, and accessories at customer sites or designated locations.
- Ensure proper hardware and software integration for optimal performance.
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to gaming devices, networks, and peripherals.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers for resolving technical problems.
- Customer Training & Assistance:
- Educate customers on the use and maintenance of gaming devices.
- Address customer queries regarding device functionality and compatibility.
- Maintenance & Upgrades:
- Perform routine maintenance and software updates on gaming devices.
- Recommend hardware or software upgrades to enhance performance.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of installations, service requests, and resolutions.
- Report recurring issues or customer feedback to the management team for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in technical support, gaming devices, or electronics installation.
- Freshers with a passion for gaming and strong technical skills may also apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in setting up gaming consoles (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, PCs).
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with gaming software, drivers, and updates.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays when required.
- A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem.
