Technical Support Engineer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES by priority:
Provide technical support on 3-phase UPS Products on BFO cases, via e-mail/phone/video or through remote connections to SE FSRs and CSPs
Contribute to the creation of technical bulletins (Field Service Bulletin, Method of Procedure, and Known Event) describing the problem solving on 3-phase UPS Products
Contribute to the quality improvement of the products on the current portfolio by collaborating with 3-phase UPS LoB (Offer Quality Leaders/ CS&Q)
Contribute to the management of the Advanced FSRs Community by creating Knowledge sharing content
Update the content of the FSR database for 3-phase UPS Products
Contribute to the development of the training modules collaborating with Training teams
Contribute to release of new 3-phase UPS products with connected capabilities allowing predictive & advanced maintenance and enhancing remote troubleshooting capabilities
Contribute to improving procedures for the development of FSR Service Tools.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Participation in validation tests on 3-phase UPS Products at customer site.
Visit customers WW to discuss and analyze unsolved technical issues on 3-phase UPS Products.
Drafting of technical on-site intervention reports.
Present Advanced FSRs Community topics at monthly meetings, providing continuous feedback to Community leaders about team members' participation and involvement.
Share technical knowledge and daily experience within the team.
Teamwork and solidarity between team members.
Becoming an expert on 3-phase UPS products and even on the 3-phase UPS solutions.
EDUCATION:
Degree in Engineering preferably in electrotechnical field.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years of work experience related to Field Services activities or R&D product development on 3-phase UPS products.
