Duties: IT networking, System administration,
Server administrator, Operating System Installing, configuring computer
hardware, configuring application Software & Managing as per the Company
standards, PC Assembling, disassembling and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Configuring and installing and troubleshooting Wi-Fi Routers/Access Point.
Providing printer sharing services and resolved problems
OS installation: Win XP, Win Server 2008,12,16 Win Vista Win Pro 7, 8 & 10,11
Crimping and Punching LAN cable CCTV Installation & Support,
MS office 365, Backup Gmail to Outlook & Mozilla Thunderbird,
SonicWall VPN, Cisco VPN ConnectTunnel VPN,
Avaya, Quick Call Client, Cube Colling,
Domain & Active Directory users and Computers,
Helpdesk & TKT and remote access, projector installation, adobe
creative cloud installation,
Maintaining the IT related hardware & software assets with accurate
inventory
