Activation and renewals of sim
Device troubleshooting / testing
Providing remote support on video calls
taking inbound calls & maintain records of customer complaints
coordination with h/w or s/w teams to resolve customer queries
Data entry in MS Excel
Providing solution to customers in given deadlines
Maintains compliance with standard operating procedures to ensure data security

Required Skill Set:

B.tech ECE or Diploma ECE
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication
Proactive approach
Humble coordination with clients
Basics of Electronics must be clear
Should be aware on communication protocols, modules, microcontrollers, AVR, I2C, UART
Problem-solving, time-management, and critical thinking skills
