We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basic electrical work, networking, and technical support. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various technical systems, including CCTV, PBX, and networking equipment. You should have experience crimping cables, working with keystones, and using tools such as drills and cameras.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation and maintenance of technical systems, including CCTV, PBX, and networking equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers and internal teams
Crimp cables and work with keystones to connect devices
Use tools such as drills and cameras to complete installations and repairs
Document and maintain records of technical issues and solutions
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams
Skills and Qualifications:
12th Pass / B.Com / BSE / BE1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of basic electrical work and networking principles
Experience with crimping cables, keystones, and using tools such as drills and cameras
Familiarity with CCTV, PBX, and networking equipment
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
