Job Description

We have a requirement of Five candidates for our firm. We offer position for freshers based on their skills.

Requirement:
No. Of Candidate : 5 (Male candidate only)
Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering /ITI -survey and drftsman

Experience : Freshers

Salary Package : Rs.12,500 to 15000

Role : Technical Officer
Location : Cochin
Experience : Freshers who are ready to join immediately

Driving Licence : Mandatory (or to be obtained within four months)
Good Knowledge in Malayalam and English must
Other Perks : Petrol Expense, Other Travel Expense

Some of main responsibilities:

Responsible for visiting property sites and taking measurements
Conduct market survey to understand prevailing land rates
Check property title documents and approved building maps
Update the stage progress for under construction properties
Prepare valuation reports
