Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Lead to join our Aggregate Spend Reporting and Compliance solutions team. This role will involve leading a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining applications, interface, data manipulation processes, and reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, Linux, SAP Business Objects, and Power BI, combined with proven leadership abilities to guide the team toward successful delivery of transparency and compliance solutions. • Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 4-5 years delivering solutions using Oracle PL/SQL. • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor junior developers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience with healthcare regulations related to aggregate spend, including the Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other compliance standards. • Line management of ASR development team, coaching and mentoring, performance management, recruiting and retaining talent. • Sound knowledge of processes and data from enterprise applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP Concur. • Oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of applications, interfaces, and related components to meet compliance and reporting requirements. • Sound knowledge of CRM and MDM applications related to life sciences industry. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes while continuously improving the team’s workflows and delivery processes. • Sound knowledge of business processes and data related to pharma R&D, medical educational meetings and events. • Work closely with Business teams and Business Analysts to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop processes to generate accurate, timely reports and insights for aggregate spend data. Collaborate with business teams to meet their reporting and compliance needs. • Provide analysis of design options, trade-offs, and impact assessments for new functionalities, system improvements, data modeling, and system integrations. • Design, develop, and maintain code in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Linux shell scripting to support reporting and data manipulation processes. • Design reporting solutions using SAP Business Objects and Power BI, providing guidance to developers on best practices. • Conduct reviews of existing solutions to identify risks, gaps in resiliency, and performance issues, and recommend improvements. • Ensure all application and technical documentation is up-to-date and well-maintained. • Assist the support team in managing complex incidents and problem resolutions, ensuring smooth operational continuity.
