Lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize sales processes. Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience as a team leader in BPO
- Graduates only
- Strong communication skills
- 6 days working with rotational shifts
- Virtual interview mode
