JOB DESCRIPTION – TEAM LEADER-CREDIT CARDS

Qualification       : Any Degree / Diploma (Male/Female - Relevant experience of minimum 6 months & team managing experience for at least 3 months)

Working Hours  : 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Holidays               : Sunday and 10 paid festival holidays as suggested by the firm (Beyond these leaves any other leaves taken by the employees will be considered as Loss of Pay)

Training                : 1 month from the date of joining

*Salary                 : Rs. 14000/ month (Target for 1st month is 75% of the team should achieve the target and from 2nd month onwards 100% of the team should achieve the target). Beyond the target numbers completion, every additional % will be provided with an incentive.

                              Note: * Subject to change based on update from the bank

Salary cycle         : Every month 1st till 30 or 31st (Salary will be credited every 10th of the next month)

·         Training for the new hires to be completed

·         Make sure the team member (credit analyst) roles are completed on time

·         Should drive the team to achieve the target every day/week/month

·         Absenteeism should be maintained <5% in a month

·         Attrition should be maintained <5% for every 6 months

·         Should not be any escalations from the customer or from the bank

·         Make sure monthly bank audits are completed without any observation

·         Should be proactive in reporting anomalies to the management with respect to team members and process
