*Role Overview:*The Team Lead - Recruitment will oversee the recruitment team, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure the effective acquisition of top talent for the organization. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Leadership & Management:* - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals. - Set performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews. - Facilitate training and professional development for recruitment staff.
2. *Recruitment Strategy:* - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes. - Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. - Analyze recruitment data and trends to continuously improve strategies.
3. *Talent Acquisition:* - Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection. - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. *Stakeholder Management:* - Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop role-specific recruitment plans. - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
5. *Compliance & Reporting:* - Ensure recruitment practices adhere to legal and ethical standards. - Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and metrics to senior management.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Preferred:*
- Experience in a fast-paced industry or high-growth environment.
- Certification from a professional HR organization
