Job Title: Teacher

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Transport: Provided from Panipat and Gohana

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dedicated teacher for our esteemed school in Panipat, Haryana. The ideal candidates should be committed to fostering a positive and conducive learning environment that supports the holistic development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop lesson plans in line with the curriculum standards.
Teach subjects such as Social Science, Hindi, Sanskrit, or English to students in grades 6-10.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Foster an interactive and engaging classroom environment.
Provide additional academic support and guidance to students as needed.

Teach students in primary classes, focusing on foundational subjects and overall development.
Implement creative and innovative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable for young students.
Monitor and record students' progress, ensuring they meet developmental milestones.
Engage with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their child’s performance.
Support in organizing extracurricular activities and school events.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects or education.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proficiency in the subject matter.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Patience and adaptability in managing diverse classroom situations.
Experience in teaching is preferred but fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
