Job Title : Tea Maker and Office Assistant

Prepare and serve beverages to staff
Provide administrative support and assistance with various office tasks

Procure food and refreshments for staff as needed
Manage inward and outward documents, including parcels, packages, and letters.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining records.
Perform local purchases and run errands as required.
Do Dusting, cleanliness and tidiness in the office premises.
Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Handle general office work, including filing, photocopying, and document management.
