Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes, with a focus on Tandoori items, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Manage the Tandoor oven and oversee the preparation of Tandoori dishes, including vegetables.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Participate in menu planning and recipe development to introduce new and exciting dishes.
Ensure precise use of spices and seasonings to achieve the desired flavor profile in each dish.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies, and assist in ordering as needed.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Receive feedback from customers and make necessary adjustments to improve food quality and presentation.
